They are responsible for verifying that the selected products comply with the safety regulations applicable in their country or sector. Any customization (logos, colors, reinforcements) must be approved via a physical or digital sample before production.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the site — including texts, images, resistance tables, product designs, and brands — is the property of Thebootclothing or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the material without express written consent is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Thebootclothing shall not be liable for indirect damages, production losses, or injuries resulting from improper use of the products, failure to follow usage instructions, or lack of proper maintenance. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the corresponding order, unless otherwise provided by law.
